What this code can mean

A fill fault commonly associated with closed valves, restricted or incorrectly connected supply hoses, an incorrectly installed drain hose, or blocked inlet filters.

Safe first checks

    Confirm both supply valves are fully open.

    Check that hot and cold hoses reach the matching inlets without kinks.
  3. 3
    Check the drain hose installation against the model manual.
  4. 4
    After correcting hoses, disconnect power for one minute and retry.

Possible causes

  • Hot or cold supply hose is disconnected, swapped, bent, or kinked.
  • Water valves are not fully open.
  • Drain hose installation is outside the manufacturer guidance.
  • Inlet filters contain debris.
Stop conditions
  • Stop and request service if a hose, valve, connector, or washer inlet is damaged.
  • Turn off the water supply if the washer continues filling.
