Privacy Policy
This policy explains the limited information HomeSpecWise processes to operate, secure, and improve the website.
Information we process
- Usage events such as pages viewed, searches performed, result status, and outbound-link clicks.
- Technical context such as approximate request time, browser locale, referring domain, device or browser information, and security logs that may include an IP address.
- Campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, and campaign when they are present in a URL.
- Information you voluntarily send to our contact email, including your email address and message contents.
The current public MVP does not offer consumer accounts or collect payment-card information.
Browser storage and analytics
Product events are reduced to aggregate business fields before they are stored. Analytics storage does not contain a user ID, anonymous ID, session ID, email address, IP address, or User-Agent. We do not use browser storage to create a persistent analytics identifier. These limited signals help us distinguish internal validation from candidate public usage and understand whether a tool is useful.
How information is used
We use information to operate and secure the site, measure product performance, diagnose errors, attribute outbound clicks, respond to messages, and improve or withdraw guidance. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and external links
Hosting, security, analytics, and affiliate-network providers may process information on our behalf. When you follow an external link, the destination site applies its own privacy policy and may receive an attribution identifier or ordinary referral information.
Retention, choices, and requests
We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, subject to security needs and legal obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
Children and changes
HomeSpecWise is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the product or its providers change and will revise the effective date when we do.
