How to find your exact Roomba model number
A family name such as “Roomba i Series” is not specific enough for an exact replacement-part decision. HomeSpecWise uses the complete US model or SKU, such as I315020, I755020, or R614020.

Find a model or SKU before choosing a replacement
Check your original order details or packaging for a field explicitly labeled model or SKU. Copy the complete code, including its letters and suffix. A product nickname or series name alone does not identify the exact configuration.
If you only have a serial number, ask iRobot support to help identify the model. Do not guess a model code from the serial number or share your serial number publicly.
The app can help you find the serial number
iRobot documents the serial number under Product Settings and the About screen in its apps. That instruction locates a serial number; it does not establish that the complete sales model or SKU appears on the same screen.
Follow the instructions for your robot before inspecting it
The official serial-number guide has model-specific diagrams; the location and access steps vary. Use the instructions for your robot instead of assuming every model has the same label position. A serial-number label is not proof of a sales SKU. The HomeSpecWise checker needs a model code, not a serial number.

Series name
Broad family, such as i Series or 600 Series. Not exact.
Serial number
Unique to one robot. Useful for support, not our lookup.
Model / SKU
Catalog identifier such as I315020. Required for lookup.
Choose the identifier that answers your question
A robot identifier and a replacement-kit identifier describe different products. Confirm the complete robot model first; then use a published compatibility result to verify the OEM kit.

Open the page only if its full code matches your robot. Read the listed part and its supporting source before ordering; a similar-looking model name is not enough.
